Definitely &#039;gathering the customers requirements&#039; is quite a challenge.
What I&#039;ve noticed from my company so far is that you need a good mix of learning based on personal interviews with customers and learning based on online metrics (even if your product is &#039;offline&#039;, you can learn by tweaking your online marketing offer).
That&#039;s where I think Blank&#039;s theory fits really well with Ries&#039; Lean Startup practices.</description>
